Senior and Complex Care Services

Participation House Brantford provides supports and services to seniors and individuals with complex care needs.

Personal Support Services are provided to individuals who require minimum or moderate care in the home. The Personal Support Worker (PSW) will provide support, typically for a bath, medication monitoring and meal preparation. Visits are scheduled between 6am and 11pm, 7 days per week.

Assisted Living for High Risk Seniors is available to seniors in the community who require supports to stay at home safely. The PSW will provide personal support for dressing, personal hygiene, and assistance with mobility, assistance with medications and other activities of daily living. Some light home making and meal preparation is also provided. Staffs are available to provide a visit, scheduled or unscheduled, 24 hours per day.
